KTR offers Electrical Apprenticeships and mentoring programs and over the past 20 years, twelve individuals have completed their electrical apprentice. Duncan Hart, Managing Director, said, “when we train our team, it is important that we can offer them a secure future. Although our core business is electronic security and healthcare, we opted that our team completes a licensed electrical trade which gives them a far broader platform in the long term. Although the investment is greater, so is the reward not just for our company but also for the individual.”
Jay Williams is the youngest of our current two apprentices and is currently in his first year. Jay has been involved in on a variety of facilities across a broad spectrum of platforms including, CCTV, Access Control, Nurse Call & Intercommunications.
