Our Founding Members

Ken Hart and Trudy Hart
KTR Founders, the K & T in KTR.

Ken, electronics engineer and skilled migrant from the UK met Trudy, a ten pound Aussie from Germany, and in 1969 created KTR Electronics Pty Ltd,  a specialist light and sound electronics company.

The foundation of the company was built on diversity, ingenuity and hard work, and this still runs strong with the next generations. 

Leadership team

The KTR leadership team role is to bring diversity, greater depth and breadth of perspective, innovation, and experience to the organisation outside the corporate structure.

It is an opportunity to develop, facilitate and foster individuals which is critical in capturing, delivering, and continuing the ethos of KTR “Leading the way in security and healthcare” without the constraints of structured hierarchy.

Our propose is to seek, create and deliver innovative concepts that benefit the organisation as a whole and delivers a positive work environment and future growth opportunities for all.

Experience: Electronic Security and Healthcare operations and management. Implementation of large scale operational systems, processes and policy in relation to Security and Nurse Call.

Michele is a motivated and results-driven professional with extensive experience in the electronics industry, with a proven track record of leadership, innovation, and strategic thinking. Adept at driving cross-functional teams, developing cutting-edge solutions, and cultivating strong client relationships Michele is committed to delivering exceptional results while upholding the values of integrity and excellence.

  • Spearhead research and development initiatives to create innovative electronic solutions that address industry challenges and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technologies and implantation to meet client requirements.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and exploration, fostering an environment that encourages creative thinking and experimentation.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with technology vendors and industry experts to stay at the forefront of emerging trends and developments.
  • Played a pivotal role in the Victorian Security Advisory Council as a founding member to advise the Minister for Police and Emergency Services on the effectiveness of the regulation of the Victorian private security industry and to provide strategic directions in relation to the security industry.
